Recently this cheese was awarded two blue Ribbons. It is a treasure much sought after at the local Farmer's Marktets.                            This a wonderful smokey yet zealously spicy chipotle flavored chevre. Another Farmers market treasue.                          If you enjoy dill. You will enjoy this blend of dill and other herbs. There is no garlic in this chevre.                      Looking for a mediteranian flavor. Try pickled capers blended with garlic in our creamy chevre. This is great on mediteranian salads and pizza. This makes a great topping for chicken or a nice alfredo sauce.                         Chevre with diced sundried tomatoes and a hint of garlic balanced with the smooth texture of our chevre is delightful.                               Dill is my favorite as it compliments the tangy creaminess of the chevre. This can easily be used as a spread in a ham tortilla pin wheel.                               If you like key lime pie this is sure to please your palate. It is amazing.                                              Our plain creamy light and fluffy homestyle cream cheese. I believe it is better than butter..                            If you like Muffalettas or olive tapenade you will luv this cheese. It has the great creamy texture with salty tangy flavor of green and kalamata olives with roasted red peppers.                               Cream cheese could not get any better with whole blue berries, agave and a touch of simple blueberry syrup. It reminds me of the best blueberry yogurt you have ever eaten.
